2017年,我国人工智能发展势头良好,技术和产品研发能力大幅提升,市场空间稳步拓展。展望未来,我国人工智能关键技术研究将不断推进,产业规模与投资力度将持续增加,相关产品创新将更加活跃,应用领域逐渐深入,配套政策法规出台将更密集,人工智能产业发展全面迈入崭新时期。同时,还需要注意到我国人工智能产业发展面临底层技术薄弱、数据壁垒高筑、产业链条缺失以及人才供应不足等切实痛点与挑战。基于此,未来我国人工智能产业仍需大力推动基础技术研发,构建开放创新的发展环境,加速实现同行业的深度结合。同时要注意加强人才培养,强化安全风险防范,全方位构筑良好的产业发展外部环境。

Artificial intelligence industry has maintained a good momentum of growth in China during 201.7. Technology and product R＆D has achieved a great progress together with the market expanding. As for future perspective, AI disruption and its continued impact will be felt in even greater measure. Market scale of AI in China will increase with no doubt because of the growing investment enthusiasm. Product innovation is also supposed to be more active upon plenty of policies promulgation in the future. Meanwhile, it is necessary to note that there still remains four sore points in China＇s artificial intelli- gence industry, which include weak technology foundation, high data barriers, deficient industrial chains and insufficient talents. Based on the situation above, the Chinese government need to promote R＆D and build up an open and innovative environment with the purpose of the integration of the AI industry. Furthermore, more attention should be paid on talents cultivation and security risk prevention in the field of artificial intelligence.
