Based on the theory of socialist economics with Chinese characteristics and accounting principles, the new practice of supply side reform in hydrological industry is discussed. By constructing the performance evaluation system of Yunnan hydrological project, we explore the sustainable development and transformation and upgrading of Yunnan＇s characteristic hydrology in the new era.
