森林资源他项权利是森林资源权属法律制度的重要内容之一。本文对我国森林资源他项权利的基本法律属性和森林资源他项权利制度现状及所存在的问题进行了分析,并提出建议,以期进一步丰富和发展我国森林资源权属法律制度。

Other rights of forest resources is an important part of the ownership of forest resources legal system.After analysis of the basic legal attributes of other rights of China's forest resources and the present situation and issues of the legal system of other rights of forest resources,some suggestions are put forward in this paper to further enrich and develop China's legal system of forest resources ownership.
