摘要
本文利用目标体系决策的思路,建立效益函数,分别计算了根据火险天气预报安排决策方案和联系火险预报准确率安排决策方案的经济效益指标。最后,根据预报的实际应用建立预报效益方程,计算了经济效益的各项指标。所有计算表明,林火预报的经济效益是十分显著的。
