摘要
本文研究了COPU/PMMA体系互穿网络(IPN)的玻璃化转变(Tg)和阻尼行为。样品以同步法在共同预聚、固化下合成。聚氨酯部分用TDI固化,MMA用DEGDMA做交联剂,用5DX-FTIR测定了反应程度——时间的关系,得到了两网成网的相对速率。在-40~+110℃之间用QNP-1型全自动扭辫仪测定了动态力学谱。实验结果表明,增加3(OH)/2(OH)的比例(即增加蓖麻油在COPU中的含量)使两组分的Tg内移,1n△峰加宽,产生"强迫互容"。扩链剂的加入可改善体系中两网的相容性。网间交联剂的加入是改善IPN中两网相容性的一个重要途径。
This paper studied the glass transition and damping behavio- ur of IPN system of CUPU/PMMA. Samples were synthesized by syn- chronous method in coprepolymerization and solidification. Theparts of PU were solidified by TDI,the parts of MMA were crossliriked by DEG- DMA. The relative rate of network-formation of two networks was att- ained by the measurement of the relation between reaction degree and time by 5DX-FTIR. The dynamic stale mechanics spectra were measured by QNP-1 type TBA beetween the temperature from-40℃ to110℃. The expe- rimental results show that the increases of 3(OH)/2 (OH) make the Tg’s of two components intermove, the peaks of ln△ be broadened and the "forced mutual tolerance" be producd. The mutual tolerances of two components can be improved by addition of chain expanded agents The addition of network crosslinked agents is a important path to impr- ove the mutual tolerances of two networks in IPN.
