摘要
本文报道了我国北方三种野生胡颓子属植物体细胞的染色体数目及具小染色体植物核型分析。其结果:沙枣(Elaegnus angustifolia L)、东方沙枣(Elaegnus anqustifola linn var.orientails(Linn) Kuntze]和尖果沙枣(Elaegnus oxycarpa schlechtend)染色体数目均为2n=28。其中沙枣的染色体数目与冯显逵等报道相同,东方沙枣和尖果沙枣的染色体数目尚未见报道。为了对具小染色体植物获得比单的一数目更多一些有用的核型信息,作者做了以上三种植物的核型分析和比较,发现它们染色体的大小比较接近。根据染色体长度比可以初步确认东方沙枣的核型比沙枣显得不对称,因此较为进化。从细胞遗传学角度可以证明把东方沙枣定为沙枣的变种是可行的。
This paper reported that the chromosome amount of three Oleaster Family species and carogram analysis of plants with microchromosomes.The results are that the chromosome amount of Elaegnus angustifolia L., Elaegnus angnusfifotia Linn Var. orientaientalis (Linn) kuntze and Elaegnus oxgcarpa schlechtend are evenly 2n=28. The chromosome amount of Eleagnus angustifolia L. is the same as Mr.Fen xiankuei reported. The chromosome amount of other two species were reported for the first time. In order to get more carogram information than only chromosome amount about the plants with microchromosomes, the carograms of these three species were analysised and compared with one and another. Their chromosome size is similar. The carogram of Elaenus angnustifolia Linn var,orientalis (Linn) kuntze is more asymmetric than that of others according to their chromosome length, so Elaegnus angnustifolia Linn Var, orientalis (Linn) kuntze is more evoluted than others. It is feasible to consider that Elaegnus angnustifolia Jinn Var. orientalis (Linn) kuntze is the varity of Elaegnus angustifolia L.from cytogenetics point.
