摘要
本文利用气相色谱——质谱——计算机联用技术对五味子茎皮挥发油的化学成分进行了研究。从分离的42个成分中,鉴定出39个成分,其中含量较高的成分是β—萜品烯(14.71%)、十一烷—2—酮(9.81%)、δ—杜松醇(7.93%)、β—萜品醇(6.50%)、三环萜(5.97%)、α—蒎烯(4.92%)、γ—萜品醇(4.83%)等,
In this paper,chemical constituents of the essential oil from stem bark of Schisandra chinensis Baill.were analyzed by GC—MS—DS.39 components were identified from 42 isolated comp- onents.The more content components are β—terpinene(14.7%), 2—undecanone(9.81%),δ—cadinol(7.93%),β—terpinol(6.50%), tricyclene(5.97%),α—pinene(4.92%),ν—terpinol(4.83%)etc.
