摘要
本文利用GC-MS-DS联用技术对香蓼挥发油的化学成分进行研究,在已分离的60个成分中鉴定了其中的50个化合物,占总含量的98.24%。α-桉叶醇(15.36%)、反式法呢醇(12.70%)、2,5-十八双炔陵甲酯(10.95%)、β-石竹烯醇(7.74%)、澳白檀醇(6.05%)、α-香附酮(5.64%)、α-杜松烯(5.52%)、樟脑烯(4.45%)等为该挥发油的主要成分。
In this paper, chemical constituents of the volatile oils from p. viscosum were analyzed by GC-MS-DS. fifty compoents were identified from sixty isolated compoents. Thet otal content of the identified compounds is 98, 24% of the volatile oil, The major compounds are a-eudesmol (15.36%), trans- farnesol(12.70%), methyl 2.5-·-·octadecadiynate(10.95%), β-·caryophyllenol(7.740%), lanceol(6.05%), α-·cyperone(5.64%), α-·(??) (5.52%), camphorene(4.45%) etc.
