次生林经营系统是次生林生态系统、林业经济系统和经营技术系统相互交织运动形成的整体.它具有多功能、多效益、多成分、优化组合的基本特征。经营方针、决策措施和管理等都直接或间接地支配着它的运行,加强次生林经营系统建设必须坚持协调、增殖、集约和循环利用的原则。
The managemet system of secondary forest entirely is a moving body,interwoven together with ecosystem of secondary forest,forestry economic system and managing technical system, and its basic characteristic is best-combined with multi—functions. multi—benifits and multi—elements.but its movement is directly or indirectly arranged by managing policies and measures.This paper pointed out in order to strengthen the secondary forest system of management,we must keep on the principles of coordination, increasment,intensity and cyclical utilization.
