新型圆锯片的研究

摘要 为了提高薄圆锯片的工作稳定性,减小锯路宽度,提高出材率,取消铅片的适张度作业,节省修锯工时;降低锯切的工作噪声,改善工作卫生条件,将普通平圆铸片制成辐条式结构,其安装夹盘内表面制成径向滑槽式。用此新型圆锯片纵向锯切板、方材表明,锯路宽度平均降低1.9mm,材面质量和精度符合国家标准要求;不需要处理锯片的适张度;工作噪声平均降低9.1dB(A)。 A plane circular sawblade was made into the follo- wing structure:the sliding channels in diameter direction were grooved on the collar,and spokes were made on the sawblade in order to improve the working stability of the thin sawblade,red- euc kerf width,increase the rate of timber utilization,lessen noise to improve the condition of labour hygeine,and reduce repair- ing hours.The test in ripsawing lumber with the sawblade indica- ted that kerf width is decreased by 1.9mm,the average noise is also decreased by 9.1dB(A)and both surface quality and(saw-ing) precision are increased.
