摘要
本文利用气相色谱——质谱——计算机联用技术研究了堇叶山梅花精油的化学成分,在已分析的43种成分中鉴定了其中的41种化合物,占总含量的99.49%。其主要成分为β—苯乙醇45.88%,正十六酸8.12%,香叶醇7.12%,二十一烷6.22%和正十四酸5.12%。
In this paper.chemical constituents of essential oil from flowers of Philadejphus tenuifolius Rupr. et Maxim. were analyzed by GC/MS/DS. Fourty-one components were identified from fourty-three isolated components, The total content of identified compounds is 99.49%. The major components are β-benzene ethanol ( 45.88%), hexadecanoicacid (8.12%), geraniol (7. 12%),hexcicosane (6.22% ) and tetradecanoicacid (6.12%).
