光盘生产中的偏心控制

Eccentricity control in optical disc production

1.引言-偏心控制的新概念随着光盘记录密度和读写速度的提高,生产过程中的偏心(ECC,Eccentricity)控制具有越来越重要的作用。传统意义的偏心控制仅仅是确保完成盘的偏心符合红皮书(以CD-Audio为例)规范;为了提高盘片质量,优化生产工艺,我们提出偏心控制的新慨念:对引入偏心的各个生产工艺环节进行控制,并考虑偏心在各种类型的盘片中的不同表现形式。新的偏心控制概念包括对完成盘、压模、基片、DVD单片(0.6mm)的偏心控制以及对DVD-9的粘接工艺引入的L0层和L1层的层偏移控制。

With the increasing of recording density and read/write speed for optical disc,Eccentricity Control in real production play more and more important role.Today ECC Control is not only for finished disc,but also for stamper,substrate,half disc of DVD and shift between layers L0 and L1.
