The software of calculating light transferring through multi-layer thin film system

可录光盘从CD-R发展到DVD-RW;DVD-RAM,在聚碳酸脂基片上溅射的介质层越来越多,举DVD-RAM为例,除了反射层、记录层外还必须溅射2层介电层、2层中介层、1层光学补偿层。每层介质的厚度都会影响记录介质处晶态或非晶态时的反射率,进而影响光盘读出信号的强弱和窜扰。为了生产出优质的光盘记录盘片,工程师们经常要调整各介质层的厚度,但在实践中困难很大,因溅射设备参数变化后往往要生产几百片才稳定,反复倜试费用昂贵,所以我们开发了这个软件。

Optical disc can be considered as a lnulti-layer thin film system.In this paper the software,which calculates the reflectivity and transmission of the multi-layer thin fihn system,is introduced.We can uses this software in film system sputtering of DVD-RAM disc.
