基于市场上有对选择单头/双头/三头在线(In-Line)与离线(Off-line)生产有不同论述,笔者提供一简单分析来说明其中的区别,并且指出粘合DVDR的复杂性与指导相关的解决方向。什么因素在影响光盘成品的翘曲度? 一般光盘(CD-Audio,V-CD,CD-ROM)的翘曲度是由注塑与保护胶紫外光固化所决定;而DVD的翘曲度就不只限于注塑与粘合,溅射功率与白片的厚度也主导着最终的翘曲度;

Regarding the argument between bonding methods of using A-A and A-B, it is the bonding complexity which dominates the dishing of the final DVDR disc and it's not solely rely on molding. There is not only the choice of using one molding production line to achieve a good yield but also a twin molding line can do a better job.
