自2002年宏威公司首次在亚洲区安装DVD-R生产线,并成功地以4．5秒的周期生产DVD-R以来, 我们已经安装了100多条的SPORTS-Ⅱ DVD-R生产线。 2003年8月,工艺技术的进步使我们再一次在DVD-R 生产技术上取得突破,全新设计的SPORTS-Ⅲ型生产线,配合香港JETCO TECHNOLOGY公司的压模,我们实现了3．2秒的生产工艺,进一步提高了单注塑机生产线的产能。在实际运行中,我们看到SPORTS-Ⅲ型每天的产出超过12000片的DVD-R成品。2003年10月,

Reducing cycle time of a DVDR production line but increasing the recording speed of the DVDR disc is a severe challenge to the line manufactures. The new generation DVDR production line-SPORTS-Ⅲ from Anwell Precision Technology Ltd. successfully produced 8x DVD+R at 3.2s cycle time.
