引言 20多年以来,光盘已经走过了一段很长的历程。正如许多美好的理想那样,光盘已经繁衍了许多相关的应用,而其技术的进步继续在打开新的大门,发展的步伐似乎没有减慢的迹象。
A top-quality stamper is prerequisite for cost-effective optical disc production. This article offers an insight into the role of inspection systems in stamper manufacturing, and the importance of controlling the entire mastering process.
