Improve the disc molding quality by following basic injection elements

1．序言注塑成型技术是生产出高质量光盘的关键技术之一。同时,又是光盘复制生产过程中的上游工序,其质量的优劣对下游工序以及复制成品率产生较大影响。因此,光盘复制生产厂的工程技术人员都非常重视注塑质量和注塑技术。

During my tenor as production engineer in the optical disc company, I had come across numerous problems of machines, moulds, materials, processing, and power equipment. Each of these affected product performance and also profitability. I took up their problems seriously and tried to apply my mind to understand the root causes of these problems. I used to discover and learn new things every time and tried to solve the problems. The end result is this paper. Now I want to distribute this knowledge to everybody.
