1．引言光盘生产是高速、连续、大批量的重复生产模式, 任何疏忽大意都会造成大量的废品,这一点在光盘生产厂工作的员工都有深刻的体会。最能理解“产品质量是企业的生命”这句话的重要性。因此采用ISO9000质量管理体系已成为光盘生产中的关键。
The main purpose of SPC (Statistical Process Control) System is to collect quality-related data during production process for further statistical analysis, and to discover any abnormality in the production process, for further adoption of improvement action to recover production to normal condition and achieve the goal of reducing defect rate.
