双光子存储技术原理与发展概述

摘要 随着对信息存储容量要求的进一步提高和信息存储技术突飞猛进的发展,人们对大容量数据存储技术的研究产生了浓厚的兴趣。从我们已经遗忘的1.44英寸软盘,到目前单面单层容量已达25GB的Blu-ray光盘,再到容量可达1.6TB的全息光盘等,新的数据存储技术和设备不断问世。如果沿用现行的光盘技术,通过多层化来扩大存储容量是有极限的。最近几年,有不少公司在尝试蓝光光盘(Blu-ray和HD DVD) Two-photon recording is an important three-dimension storage technology,which can be used to achieve very high storage capacity and data transfer rate.Recently,some significant progresses have been realized in the application of two-photon recording.At first,this paper will introduce the basic theory and characteristics of photon recording.Then we will summarize the development of recording materials for two-photon recording.Specially,we will introduce the experimental researches on two-photon reading and recording equipments from Mempile company.The dynamic two- photon recording has great application potentials in future data storage area.
