摘要
一、简介力矩器(Actuator)是目前光盘读写装置内的关键部件。当光盘处于高速旋转的工作状态时,由于各种误差的存在,盘片总是会产生一定的上下起伏、倾斜以及轨道偏移,从而导致信息轨道的读取产生一定超出光学容差范围的偏差。这种偏差将导致信号读出误码率的增加,甚至使光学头无法工作。
The actuator is one of the most important components in the optical disk system.For the design of the actuator,the physical model should be established first,which needs a lot of knowledge related to the mechanics,magnetic,electronics and fluids.This paper will give a brief introduction on the subjects concerning the actuator design process,the design methods and optimization methods.
