With the development of small form factor optical(SFFO)drive,the Ultra slim actuator used in the SFFO gets more attention in the optical memory field.This paper mainly gives the brief introduction about different type ultra slim actuators,and gives the comparison between the general actuator and the Swing-Arm actuator,which shows the dynamic performance of the ultra slim actuator may be improved in the future with the application requirements.
