摘要
一、引言从CD发展到HD DVD、BD,光存储的数据容量和读写速度有了迅速的增长。大容量光存储需要减小盘面上的光斑尺寸,要求采用NA更高的物镜和波长更短的激光。然而,高NA物镜和短波长激光的使用会造成光盘倾斜容差的降低、盘片厚度公差的严格化、焦深的减小和球差的增加。这些变化可以通过以下各式表达:
In optical disc drives(ODD),a short wavelength laser,a high numerical aperture(NA)objective lens,and high track following performance are required for high data capacity and high data transfer rate.However;in disc drive systems using a short wavelength laser and a high NA objective lens,the deterioration of signal by disc tilt becomes serious.3-axis actuators for active tilt compensation are used to compensate disc tilt.Hybrid-type 3-axis actuator,which has similar mechanical characteristics to conventional 3-axis actuators and simpler in its structure compared with them,is proposed in this paper.In order to optimize the configuration of the hybrid-type actuator,the electromagnetic circuit and moving part are designed by parametric investigations.The performance of the actuator is verified by experiments using proposed actuator.
