基于虚拟仪器技术的力矩器特性测试仪

Measure instrument based on Virtual Instrument Technology for torque characteristics.

力矩器是光盘系统中的核心组件,其动态性能直接决定着光学头读写光盘的质量。本文基于力矩器低频段内特性参数的在线测试要求,提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的力矩器特性测试仪技术方案,完成了测试仪整体方案设计、硬件平台的搭建以及软件系统的应用开发。

The actuator is one of the most important components in the optical disk system,and its dynamic characteristics determine the quality of the reading/writing in the optical pickup.According to the online test request for characteristic parameters in the low frequency band of the actuator,we proposed the actuator test instrument with the help of virtual instrument technology.We completed the whole design scheme of the test system,the establishment of hardware platform as well as the software system application development.
