固态硬盘概述

摘要 固态硬盘是利用半导体存储片来存储数据的装置。相较传统硬盘,固态硬盘在某些方面具有较大的优势。本文分别就固态硬盘的定义、分类、特点、结构和工作原理进行了系统的介绍,并且讨论了它的热点技术及发展趋势。固态硬盘应用领域愈加广泛,有望取代传统硬盘。 A Solid-State Drive(SSD) is a data storage device that uses solid-state memory to store persistent data.Compared to a Hard Disk Drive(HDD),a SSD has serious advantage in some aspects. This paper presents the definition,classification,characteristics,structure and working principle of SSD,and discusses its key technology and trend of development.The application areas of SSD are larger;thus maybe it will replace HDD in the future.
