光盘检测中线性相关和线性回归方法的应用

摘要 在光盘生产的品质控制过程中,工程师们经常会遇到同一张碟片在不同检测仪上测试所得到的结果偏差很大的问题,到底哪一台检测仪测试的数值才是相对准确,让人能够相信的呢?或许各个检测仪测试的数据都不是绝对准确的,那么我们应该怎样做才能合理、有效地判断检测仪的检测结果是否准确呢?为了能比较好的解决这个困扰大家的问题,我们在实际工作中采用了线性相关和线性回归的处理方法,这是一种能够有效验证光盘检测设备检测准确性的方法。以下就结合我们的实际应用情况给大家简要介绍这种方法——线性相关和线性回归。 In the quality control of the Optical Disc production,engineers often encounter a question that a disc at different detector have the large difference of the test results,In the end which detector test data is more accurate to believe it?Perhaps detector test data is not accurate.Then what should we do to judge detector test results accurate or not.Below we will give you a method that how to verify the accuracy of test results-the linear correlation and linear regression.We can apply linear correlation method to verify the detector for the ability of a particular parameter to reflect a particular physical quantity of the disc.And we can also apply linear regression method to calibrate the error of the test data between the high-precision detector and the general detector so that test results can become more scientific and accurate.But also in order to reduce production costs,improve productivity,especially product quality control it is very important.
