An overview of dye sensitized solar sells technology

摘要 染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)是新一代的太阳电池,有着巨大的应用前景。本文简述了DSSC的发展历程,介绍了其结构和基本工作原理。对DSSC中的几个重要组成部分:纳米半导体薄膜、染料敏化剂、电解质体系、对电极等几个方面的制备工艺进行评述。总结当前DSSC产业化研究的现状,并指出该领域目前存在的一些问题及面临的挑战。 Dye-sensitized Solar Cells(DSSC) are deemed to the next generation solar cells,and it has great application prospect.This paper describes the development process of DSSC,and introduces its structure and basic working principle.for several important parts of DSSC,preparation process are reviewed,including nano-semiconductor films,dye-sensitizer,electrolyte system,counter electrode and so on.We summarize current industry research status of DSSC,and point out existing problems and challenges.
