摘要
光盘紫外UV固化粘合剂在光盘生产领域应用非常广泛,并且涉及到光和电。鉴于此,我们从光盘UV胶水的固化机理出发,探讨其在DVDR9使用过程中容易出现的老化腐蚀、透银等问题对碟片的影响,期望能对光盘生产有所帮助。
UV adhesive is widely used in DVD manufacturing and is related to light and electricity. According to this we began from the crosslinking mechanism and discussed the relationship between the change of parameters in DVDR9 production and the phenomenon of aging,eroding and penetration of silver.We hope the results is beneficial to DVDR9 industry.
