摘要
纤维压裂技术是目前国内外发展的一项新技术,主要通过在携砂液阶段加入纤维伴注,起到防止支撑剂回流、降低对储层的伤害、加快压后返排的作用。在室内,通过纤维性能试验、与支撑剂混合后导流能力影响试验、与江汉压裂液体系的配伍及悬砂性能试验等,确定了纤维压裂在江汉油田的适应性。在现场,37口井的成功应用,表明该技术可以在江汉油田出砂严重区块推广应用。
Fiber fracturing technology is a new technology developed at home and abroad,contributing to preventing proppant backflow,reducing harm on reservoir and speeding up flowback after fracturing through adding fiber at sand-carrying fluid stage. Adaptation of fiber fracturing in Jianghan Oilfield is determined by laboratory experiment such as fiber's property,its flow conductivity influence while it is mixed with proppant,its compatibility with Jianghan fracturing fluid system and its sand suspending property. Successful application of fiber fracturing technology in 37 wells shows that it can be used in the blocks with big sand production.
