电缆射孔用自动安全泄压阀研制

摘要 电缆射孔作业被广泛用于常规油井及非常规油气井开发中。电缆射孔中,当射孔枪爆燃时,枪管内产生大量气体且无法释放,将导致炸枪、枪串落井的工程事故或枪串起出地面后枪内高压气体泄出伤人的安全事故。为满足电缆射孔枪管内高压气体自动泄出的安全需要,研究设计了一种电缆射孔用自动安全泄压阀。在射孔枪管内产生大量气体,压力急剧增大状态下,它能自动释放掉枪管内气体,避免了未正常射孔造成的炸枪事故,也保障了作业人员的人身安全。 Cable perforating job is widely used in the development of conventional wells and unconventional oil-gas wells. In the process of cable perforation,lots of gas could produce inside the gun barrel and be unable to come out if the perforating gun deflagrated,leading to work accidents such as gun bursting and gun strings falling into well or the wounding accident caused by high pressure gas release from the gun after the gun strings trips out. A kind of automatic safety relief valve for cable perforation is accordingly designed. It can release automatically the gas off the gun barrel if lots of gas produce inside the gun barrel and the pressure increases sharply to avoid gun bursting caused by irregular perforation and safeguard the workers safety.
