近年来,腐败表现出诸多新的特点和动向,违纪违法范围扩大化、领域多元化、主体智能化、手段隐蔽化,造成办案难度日益增大,办案风险逐渐增高。作为企业纪检案人员,必须认识到,查办案件要有正确的心态,目的是为从根本上治理腐败。在查办案件的整个过程中,时刻牢记查办案件要标本兼治,要重视查办案件的治本功能,以最大限度地发挥查办案件工作在反腐败斗争中巨大作用。

In recent years,corruption has represented many new traits such as wider range of violation of rules and laws,more intelligentized crime and more covert criminal method,making the case investigation more difficult and more dangerous. As a discipline inspector in the enterprise,he must have a correct mindset in the case investigation with the purpose of dealing with corruption from the root. He must keep in mind addressing both the symptoms and root cause,attach importance to permanent solutions and give full play to the case investigation work in anti-corruption campaign.
