开展"走基层、访万家"活动是油田工会落实中央党的群团工作会议精神的具体行动,是"促进企业发展、维护员工权益"的重要载体。江汉采油厂工会紧贴油公司建设实际,以人为本、精准帮扶,使得"走基层、访万家"活动发挥了积极作用。工会走访、调研工作要采取有效举措规划,坚持问题导向、联系群众、务求实效等原则,切实增强"走访"活动的针对性;强化组织领导、舆论引导、考核督导,准确把握"走访"活动的导向性;注重与企业中心工作、工会日常工作、基层工会组织建设,确保工会组织更好地服务企业发展、服务员工群众。
