Deepening reform is necessary for oil companies to be stronger. It requires the close integration of reality of oil companies,facing difficulties in the reform and encouraging the staff to participate the reform. To ensure steady progress of inner reform,the reform pattern should be practical. Leading body should set an example. We should have mating measures and depend on the staff in resolving the dilemma. We should step up construction of modern enterprise system and build up a long-term mechanism for oil companies＇ sustainable development.
