徐州都市圈碳排放效率与产业结构的空间特征及耦合协调关系 被引量:4

摘要 整合数据包络分析和耦合协调模型,以县域为研究单元,研究了2000—2015年徐州都市圈碳排放效率与产业结构转型的空间特征及耦合协调关系特征。研究发现:徐州都市圈碳排放高效率县域集中分布于京沪铁路沿线和陇海铁路沿线地区,呈现"十"字型空间格局特征,低效率的县域主要分布在都市圈的西南部,且与地区经济发展水平无关;产业结构高级化与合理化的空间格局特征相似,且碳排放效率与两者的耦合协调度明显强于集中度,产业调整应以合理化与高级化为目标。由于徐州都市圈碳排放效率与产业结构合理化和高级化的耦合协调空间分布情况存在差异,所以应区别对待低碳经济的发展策略。 Using the data envelopment analysis and coupling coordination model, taking county as the research unit, this paper studied the spatial characteristics and coupling coordination characteristics of carbon emission efficiency and industrial structure transformation in Xuzhou Metropolitan Area from 2000 to 2015. The results showed:The high efficiency of carbon emission was concentrated in the area along the Beijing - Shanghai railway and the Lanzhou - Lianyungang railway, showing the "t" spatial pattern features. Inefficient county was mainly distributed in the southwest of the metropolitan area and had nothing to do with the level of regional economic development. The spatial distribution charac- teristics of the high - grade industrial structure and the rationalizing industrial structure were similar, and the coordination degree of carbon emission efficiency and the two was obviously stronger than that of the concentration, and the adjustment of industrial structure should aim at ra- tionalization and high- grade. Due to the spatial distribution of the coordination of carbon emission efficiency and the rationalization and the high - grade industrial structure was different in Xuzhou Metropolitan Area, so the strategy of low carbon economy should be treated differently.
