分布式认知视角下农户土地转出行为影响因素分析——基于武汉城市圈典型地区的调查

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Farmers' Land Transfer Behavior from Distributed Cognition Perspective——Based on a Survey in Typical Areas of Wuhan City Circle

以武汉城市圈典型地区农户为研究对象,从分布式认知视角寻找影响土地转出行为的因素,旨在为引导湖北省土地健康转出提供参考。基于287份农户调查数据,运用Logistic模型对农户土地转出行为的影响因素进行分析。研究发现,农户土地转出行为受到个人因素、地域因素和文化因素的综合影响。个人因素中受教育年限,文化因素中血缘情结、土地流转政策满意度、政策执行满意度、社会保障满意度和转出价格满意度对土地转出行为存在显著正向影响;地域因素中农业收入占总收入比重和家庭耕地总面积对土地转出行为存在显著负面影响。基于上述研究结论,从完善农村土地流转市场、推进农村教育、增加非农就业、加大政策执行力度、健全社会保障体系等方面提出完善农村土地流转市场、促进土地公平公正转出等相关的对策建议。

Taking the farmers in typical areas of Wuhan City Circle as the research object, influencing factors of farmers＇ land transfer behavior from the perspective of distributed cognition were analyzed to provide the references for guiding the land transfer healthy in Hubei Province. Based on 287 household survey data, logistic model was applied to analyze the influencing factors of farmers＇ land transfer behavior. The result showed that farmers＇ land transfer behavior were affected by individual factors, geographical factors and cultural factors. Years of education in personal factors, consanguinity complex, land transfer policy satisfaction, policy implementation satisfaction, social security system satisfaction, turnover price satisfaction in cultural factors had remarkable positive impacts on rural land transfer, while proportion of agricultural income to total income, total area of family cultivated land in regional factors had significant negative impacts on rural land transfer. Based on research findings, suggestions were put forward such as perfecting the market of rural land circulation, promoting rural education, providing more non - farm- ing vocations, strengthening policy implementation and improving the social security system.
