"中国特色社会主义政治经济学"必然是一个从抽象到具体全面反映社会主义经济关系的总体结构,它既包括专门研究中国社会主义初级阶段基本阶层经济生活条件的基本原理,还包括专门研究国家层面、国际经济关系层面、世界市场层面的经济关系的内在联系、外在表现及其发展趋势的理论。建设中国特色社会主义既需要抽象层面的政治经济学为其提供基本原理支持,还需要具体层面的政治经济学为其提供解读与论证现实经济政策、策略、方略方面的服务,要想有效地满足这样的要求,运用马克思"六册结构"方法构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系应当是基本途径。

The "socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics" is inevitably an overall structure comprehensively reflecting the socialist economic relations from the perspectives of abstract and concrete.It includes both the basic principles that specifically study the economic and living conditions of the basic class in the initial stage of China’s socialism,and the theories that specifically study the internal relations,external manifestations and development trends of the economic relations at the national level,the international economic relations level and the world market level.To build socialism with Chinese characteristics,it not only needs the political economics at the abstract level to provide basic principle support,but also needs the political economics at the concrete level to provide the services of interpreting and demonstrating realistic economic policies,strategies and general plans.To effectively meet such requirement,it should be the basic way to use Mar’s method of "Six-Volume Structure" to build the theoretical system of "socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics".
