摘要
大学生就业不仅关系着从人口大国向人力资源强国转变的历史进程,也关系着数以百万计的家庭乃至社会的和谐稳定。必须从就业力的角度审视大学生就业政策,推动政策目标从"就业率"向"就业力"转变,把过去毕业后的就业指导与供需见面政策,向前推进到高等教育过程中,建立政府、高校、企业紧密配合、共同推动的就业政策体系,促进高等教育人才培养和人才需求的深层次对接,从根本上破解大学生就业难题。
Graduate employment is a strategic issue which concerns the maintenance of national competiveness in a globalized knowledge economy.In response to the industry's increasing demand for high quality employees,government should transform graduate employment policy by focusing on employability rather than employment rate,and integrate the employment policy into the higher education process to build a new policy system based on the cooperation of government,colleges and employers.With such a system,the demand and supply of graduates will be effectively matched in long term base.
