摘要
当前劳动力市场中的性别不平等主要表现在女性就业难、就业层次、收入和社会福利都相对较低。在市场转型的过程中,这种不平等的形成既有市场的因素,又有传统就业体制的影响,是传统就业体制与市场化就业模式相交融的产物。本文旨在通过相关统计资料分析劳动力市场性别不平等的现实表现,并以此把握我国劳动力市场中性别不平等的传统根源及动态演变。
The current gender inequality in the labor market is mainly manifested in female employment difficult,employment levels,income and low social welfare.In the market transition process,the formation of this inequality has both market factors and the traditional employment system,which is the both impact of the traditional employment system and the market-oriented employment.This article aims to relevant statistical data analysis and the reality of gender inequality in the labor market which purpose is to grasp the root causes of gender inequality and dynamic evolution of the tradition.
