企业家社会资本、吸收能力与组织动态能力——以小型科技企业为例

Entrepreneur's Social Capital,Absorptive Capability and Dynamic Capability——Taking Small Technological Enterprise as an Example

为探求企业家社会资本影响企业经营行为的具体机理,以小型科技企业为对象,从商业、制度和技术三个层面考察了企业家社会资本对组织动态能力的影响,同时引入组织吸收能力作为情境因素分析了所发挥的干扰调节效应。研究发现:企业家商业社会资本的三个网络结构指标对组织市场动态能力和技术动态能力均会产生积极影响;企业家制度社会资本的网络强度对组织市场动态能具有显著正向影响,但制度社会资本对组织技术动态能力无任何显著作用。而组织吸收能力则调节着上述影响机制的某些方面,表明在多数情况下,企业家社会资本对组织动态能力的作用空间,会受到组织当前吸收能力水平的制约。

Taking small technological enterprise as object,this paper studied the impact from commercial,institutional and technical social capital of entrepreneurs to organizational dynamic capability,inducing absorptive capability as a context factor contemporarily,to explore the mechanism of impact from entrepreneur's social capital to operation conduct of corporation.The empirical evidence provided by this paper indicated that commercial social capital and the technical social capital of entrepreneur have positive effects on marketing dynamic capability,and the network intensity of institutional social capital also has positive effects on marketing dynamic capability.Although commercial social capital and the technical social capital have positive effects on technical dynamic capability,the institutional social capital hasn't show this effect.Furthermore,the result also indicated that organizational slack has served as a moderator variable in most of the effects,showing that the impact of entrepreneur's social capital to dynamic capability is restricted by organizational slack on most occasions.
