摘要
本文从协调区域发展的需要出发,依据区域发展、城市空间结构、规模效益理论和目前区域竞争的格局,提出了山东建设大省会城市的必要性、紧迫性及其路径选择。以有效完善、提升老城区的功能为前提,以对接京津唐经济圈为方向,以构筑大省会城市都市区核心区发展空间为目的,提出济南城市发展空间北跨战略。
In order to coordinate regional development,we study on the necessity, urgency and the route to construct Jinantobe the provincial center city.Our study take regional development,spatial structure theory and region competitive configuration as the basis.We put forward the'extending to north'stratagem to upgrade the city zone's function,to come upon with the JingJinTang region and to build the key region of the provincial center city.
