Patterns of European and American Library Consortia Participated in OA Publishing and Its Enlightenment

欧美图书馆联盟参与OA出版的模式为倡导OA出版运动、资助OA出版项目、技术支持OA出版服务、指导OA出版研究与实践以及开展OA出版相关活动。借鉴欧美图书馆联盟参与OA出版的成功经验,国内图书馆联盟应提高对OA出版的重视,扩展OA出版的参与模式,加强对成员机构OA出版的统筹,侧重对成员机构OA出版的指导,以及注重整合OA出版资源等建议。

Patterns of European and American library consortia participated in OA publishing can be summarized to five models, which are advocating OA publishing initiative, funding OA publishing projects, technical supporting OA publishing services, guiding OA publishing researches and practices, and carrying out OA publishing related activities. By learning from the success of European and American library consortia, it proposed that the domestic library consortia should attach great importance to OA publishing, expand the participated models, reinforce the co-ordination of the member institutions, focus on the guidance of the member institutions, as well as emphasize on the integration of OA publishing resources, and so on.
