嬗变与复归:图书馆智慧与服务研究探析

Transmutation and Regression: the Research of Library Wisdom and Service

通过CNKI梳理近30年来智慧与服务有关文献,关注本原、解构、异变3种范式下研究基点的转换,分析主要观点中存在的曲解可以发现:理念驱动型研究或从馆员的职业精神入手提倡塑造馆员智慧,或立足于智慧服务对图书馆的能力与责任做出不切实际的误判。技术驱动型研究则在技术决定论主导下,造成智能与智慧错位。两者在概念虚化与技术扩张的裹挟下导致研究要么流于表面,要么迷失主体,不约而同地脱离实践。结合第三代图书馆发展机遇,充分发掘智慧与服务理念在时代变迁中的价值内涵,以用户需求为驱动,通过技术革新、能力提升、管理创新确立可持续发展的新模式显得十分必要。

By focusing on the changes of basic points in different paradigms which has been divided into primitiveness, deconstruction and mutation, and analyzing the misinterpretations of principal viewpoints by collating relevant documents delivered to CNKI in recent 30 years, it is found that： idea driven researches advocate shaping smart librarians from professional perspective or make poor decisions about the abilities and duties of library. Technology driven researches caused confusions between intelligence and wisdom. The both impacted by blurred conceptions and aggrandized technologies, so the researches are superficial or lost in subjects and divorced from practice. Combining with the opportunities of third-generation library development, it＇s important to explore the value of wisdom ＆ service in the changes of times and establish new pattern of sustainable development by users demand driven, technical innovation, capacity building and management innovation.
