摘要
以学界较为知名的学术虚拟社区A社区J版块为研究对象,采用"求助-应求"框架,通过定量与定性相结合的方法,对其中"已解决"和"未解决"两大类目的 636个主题帖进行研究,初步揭示了人文研究者在线文献求助与交流行为的特征,发现以人文研究者为主体的学术虚拟社区能够对人文研究者的文献需求提供有力的支持,而图书馆的数字图书馆建设是解决此类社区中用户文献传递或需求满足的一个重要方式,体现了图书馆在数字人文时代作为"数据基础设施"的功用。
Based on the research of the well known academic online community A, section J, and analysis of 636 topics in the category of "solved" and "to be solved" with the framework of "help-seeking-response", features of humanity researcher's online literature searching and exchange are revealed by quantity and quality analysis, and it is found that academic online community could provide powerful supports for literature needs of humanity researchers. The digital library is an important way to satisfy users' literature needs, which reflects library's function of data infrastructure in the era of digital humanity.
