基于电池寿命损耗的火电一体化调频系统容量配置 被引量:4

Capacity Allocation of the Frequency Modulation System for Thermal Power Unit based on Battery Life Loss

摘要 电池储能系统具有快速、精确的功率响应能力,为传统火电机组配置适当容量的储能系统,不仅能够帮助电厂更好的跟踪自动发电控制指令,而且可以帮助电网更高效地完成AGC(自动发电控制指令)控制目标。以锂离子电池为基础,采用对机组补偿的控制策略,在保证AGC补偿收益最大情况下,基于储能电池寿命方程,建立储能系统寿命损耗成本最小的目标函数,然后对机组运行过程中实际需求的容量进行分析,综合得出最优的配置容量。对某发电厂实际运行的数据进行算例分析,进一步验证了所提方法可以有效提升机组的调频效果。 Battery energy storage system has fast and accurate power response ability. Configuring the traditional thermal power units with appropriate capacity of energy storage system can not only help the power plant better tracking AGC instruction, but also help on achieving AGC control objectives more effi- ciently. The fight amount of energy storage can effectively improve the AGC frequency modulation capa- bility of the thermal power system, and the reasonable allocation of the capacity of the energy storage sys- tem is an important condition to ensure the economic operation of the energy storage system. In this pa- per, with the lithium ion battery, the control strategy of compensating the unit, and the condition of the maximum AGC compensation,, the objective function of minimum life loss cost is established based on the analysis of energy storage system. Then the actual demand capacity is analyzed, and the optimal ca- pacity configuration is obtained. Finally, the operation data of a power plant is used as an example for analysis, and it is further confirmed that the proposed method can effectively enhance the effect of FM unit.
