成人教育个性化教学模式的教学实践 被引量:3

摘要 成人学生的工学矛盾突出,出现了学生到课率低的问题,同时,由于学生缺乏个性化的学习指导影响了学习效果,导致学习半途而废。利用学习数据分析技术,采用以"学习者分析"为核心的教学模式,通过构建学习数据库和学习数据分析系统完成教学工作,可以提高成人教育教学的效率。随着网络教育技术的发展,利用技术手段记录学生学习过程中发生的学习数据,通过学习数据分析能够制定出适合学生个性化需要的教学方案,学生在个性化教学方案的指导下学习,能够激发学习热情。 Adult students often face conflicts between their job and study. This situation will lead to higher absence from classes. Meanwhile, students may terminate their study plan because of the inappropriate learning guidance. With the technology based on data- base analyzing, we can generate a properly learning guidance after analyzing the information from student's specific experience. In order to improve the efficiency of adult education, we can conduct personalized learning database and design learning guidance for every student. With the development of the Internet technology, we can use network to record the process and database of every student. Af- ter analyzing these related data, we can design a personalized studying plan for students. With professional and specific study plan, we can help students to motivate higher enthusiasm in studying.
