基于学生发展核心素养的培育需求,探索新时期教师专业素养提升的内涵、方式及路径,是当前推进学生发展核心素养教育的重要使命。为此,需明晰核心素养背景下对教师学科知识素养、信息化素养和自我规划与管理素养等方面的新要求,从教师自主发展角度和学校整体推进角度探寻教师专业素养提升的方式和路径。

Based on the cultivation needs of students＇ development core literacy, exploring the connotation, way and path of teachers＇ professional quality improvement is an important mission to promote students＇ core literacy nowadays. Therefore, we need to clarify the new demand of knowledge qualities, informatization qualifies, self-planning, even the management qualities, and so on. This paper just wants to explore the new ways and paths to promote teachers＇ professional qualities under the background of core literacy from the perspective of teachers＇ self-development and schools overall advancement.
