Analysis and experience of treating air embolism by hyperbaric oxygen

摘要 目的:探讨气栓症的致病因素、疾病经过和高压氧治疗。方法:回顾性分析1996年12月~2016年10月,我院21例心血管外科术后早期严重意识障碍及并发症的患者,观察分析可能出现的原因及高压氧治疗。结果:21例患者中,术后早期出现意识障碍,经过镇静、脱水和中枢神经代谢支持等综合治疗,特别是高压氧的早期介入,均痊愈。结论:术后气栓导致的意识障碍应予以重视和明确诊断并及时高压氧介入,病因分析以利于预防和减少此类并发症的发生。 Objective: To explore the pathogenic factors of air embolism, disease course and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 21 patients after cardiovascular surgery with early postoperative severe mental disorders and complications from December1996 to October 2015, to observe and analyze the possible causes and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Results: 21 patients with early postoperative disturbance of consciousness, after sedation, dehydration, central nervous system metabolism support etc. comprehensive treatments, especially early intervention of hyperbaric oxygen, were cured. Conclusions: The disturbance of consciousness caused by postoperative air embolism should be taken seriously and clearly diagnosed and timely hyperbaric oxygen intervention. pathogenic factors analyzed to facilitate the prevention and reduction of such complications.
