摘要
福建中医药大学附属康复医院为提升患者满意度在医院推行人文关怀制度,本文对推行制度后前来就诊的患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括患者基本信息及患者对医院的总体满意度,对自身社会参与度、知情同意权等人文关怀方面的满意度等,共分为封闭式问卷和开放式问卷两个部分。通过收集、分析问卷结果发现,福建中医药大学附属康复医院在推行人文关怀制度后,患者对医院的满意度水平提高,认为提倡医院推行人文关怀制度以提升患者满意度可行。
In order to improve patients' satisfaction, affiliated rehabilitation hospital of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine has implemented humanistic care system. Surveys had carried out to patients who came to our hospital before and after implementation of the system, which were divided into two parts of closed and open-ended questionnaires and included aspects of patients' basic information and overall satisfaction to hospital, and the satisfaction of humanistic concern included social participation degree and informed consent. By collecting and analyzing the results of questionnaires, we found that the satisfaction level of patients to hospital had improved after implementation of humanistic care system, and considered that it was feasible to promote humanistic care system in hospitals to improve patients' satisfaction.
