摘要
目的:初步观察布芍调脂胶囊(BTC)的调血脂药效。方法:复制Triton WR-1339(WHM)、蛋黄乳(EHM)、高脂乳剂(FHM)、胆固醇-脂肪乳汁(CHM)高脂血症小鼠模型,观察非诺贝特(71.5mg·kg^(-1))、血脂康(0.156g·kg^(-1))、BTC高(8.32g生药·kg^(-1))、中(4.16g生药·kg^(-1))、低剂量(2.08g生药·kg^(-1))治疗后小鼠血清TC、TG含量。结果:WHM、EHM、FHM、CHM四模型组小鼠血清TC和/或TG均有显著性升高(P<0.01),BTC三剂量组均可不同程度显著性降低WHM、EHM、FHM、CHM模型小鼠的TC和/或TG(P<0.01)。结论:BTC具有明显的降脂作用,适用于临床高脂血症的治疗。
Objective: To observe the anti-hyperlipidema effect of Bushao Tiaozhi capsule(BTC) on the blood lipid in mice with hyperlipidemia.Methods: Triton WR-1399-induced(WHM), egg-yolk emultion-induced(EHM), fat emultion-induced(FHM) and cholesterol fat emultion-induced(CHM) hyperlipidemia mice were built to observe the serum TC and TG contents after interventions with fenofibrate(71.5 mg·kg^-1), Xuezhikang(0.156 g·kg^-1) and high(8.32 g of crude drug·kg^-1), middle(4.16 g of crude drug·kg^-1), low(2.08 g of crude drug·kg^-1) dose of BTC. Results: The serum TC and/or TG level of WHM, EHM, FHM and CHM mice were significantly increased(P0.01), the three doses of BTC could significantly decrease the TC and/or TG level of WHM, EHM, FHM and CHM mice in different degrees(P0.01). Conclusion: BTC has a significant effect on hyperlipidemia and is suitable for its clinical treatment.
