老年人桡骨远端闭合骨折的中医治疗与康复

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment and Rehabilitation for Closed Fracture of the Distal Radius in the Elderly Patients

目的：探讨老年人桡骨远端闭合骨折的中医治疗及康复疗效。方法：回顾性分析并随访2012年9月至2014年5月门诊治疗的153例老年人桡骨远端闭合骨折的患者，采用中医手法复位、夹板外固定，早期功能锻炼及中药内服外洗治疗。结果：采用Garland—Werley腕关节评分标准评估腕关节功能，优85例，良53例，可13例，差2例，优良率90％，治愈率100％。结论：采用中医手法闭合复位、夹板外固定，并指导早期进行功能锻炼，配合内服中药及中药外洗，治愈率高，疗效满意，并可减轻患者痛苦及经济负担．是治疗本病的良好方法。

Objective：To discuss traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment and rehabilitation for closed fracture of distal radius in elderly patients. Methods：A total of 153 elderly patients with distal radial fractures who were treated in our hospital from September 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and followed up. The patients were treated with TCM reduction,external fixation with splints,early functional ex- ercise and oral administration and external washing with TCM herbs. Results：The wrist function was evalu- ated by Gadand-Werley wrist score. The results were excellent effect in 85 cases,good in 53,fair in 13 and poor in 2. The excellent and good rate was 90% and the cure rate was 100%. Conclusions：It is a good way to treat this disease by TCM closed reduction,external fixation of splint and early functional training,combined with oral administration and external washing with TCM herbs. The cure rate is high and the curative effect is satisfactory. This treatment could alleviate the suffering and reduce economic burden of patients.
