安痛定滴鼻剂的试制、含量测定及药理作用

Preparation Quantitaivc Determination and pharmacological Action of the Antongding Nasal Solution

安痛定滴鼻剂是在安痛定注射剂基础上试制的一种新剂型,具有作用迅速、给药方便的优点,尤其适用于婴幼儿。本文探讨了此复方制剂的含量测定方法,用双波长分光光度法,直接测定主要成分氨基比林和安替比林的含量,回收率分别为99.88%(cv为0.61%)和100.39%(cv为0.48%)。用银量法测定巴比妥的含量,回收率为101.51%(cv为0.28%)。方法简便快速,结果满意。本文还观察了安痛定滴鼻剂对致热家兔的解热作用,结果安痛定滴鼻给药组与空白对照组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),与安痛定肌肉给药组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本制剂对兔鼻粘膜几乎无刺激性。

Antongding Nasal Solution is a new preparation based on antongding injection.It has an advantage to act rapidly and be administered conveniently.It is especiallyadapted to infants and children. this paper discribes the assay of the complex pre-paration. the contents of aminopyrine and antipyrine as main conponen?s were det-ermined directly by double-wavelength spectrophophotometry. the recovery was99.88 and 100.39%, respectively (with coefficient of variation of 0.48 and 0.61%.respectively). the content of barbitone was determined by argentometric titration.the recovery was 101.51%(with coefficient of variation of 0.28%) the methodwas simple and rapid. the result was satisfactory. this paper also discussedthe antipyretic action of the solution to rabbits. It showed a significant differen-ce(p<0.01)compared with blank control, no sgnificant difference(P>0.05) comparedwith the group by intramuscular injection this preparation almost has no irritationmbrane.
